BIO

Jessica A. Caesar was born in Rockledge, FL. At 16 years old, she started working for NASA as a high school apprentice. A couple years later while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, she decided to drop out of college and move to Los Angeles to follow her dreams.

Caesar is now a successful actress, writer and producer.  Her most notable TV acting credits include NCIS: Los Angeles, Kenan, Atlanta, and Grey's Anatomy.

Jessica created, executive produced, wrote and starred in two of her own digital comedy series Meme Queens and Caesar’s Special. Meme Queens premiered on Elizabeth Banks’ digital platform WhoHaha in 2017. In 2018, Caesar was a Top 15 finalist for truTV’s Comedy Breakout Initiative that sought to find the next generation of show creators with distinct comedic voices.

Jessica has a love for comedy and noticed the lack of projects in Hollywood centered around funny women.  This inspired her to start a production company which led to partnering with ROKU to launch her own channel on ROKU TV.   The Julius Pictures Channel on ROKU TV is dedicated to delivering the funniest female-driven comedies.  Jessica's always finding ways to make strides and break ground in front and behind the camera.
