BIO

Jessica A. Caesar was born in Rockledge, FL .  At 16 years old, she started working for NASA as a high school apprentice and was working on a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering when she decided to drop out of college and move to Los Angeles. 

Caesar is now an actress, content creator, writer, and producer.  Her most notable TV acting credits include NCIS: Los Angeles, Kenan, Atlanta, and Grey's Anatomy.

She created, executive produced, wrote and starred in her own digital comedy series called Meme Queens.  Because of the success of Meme Queens, Caesar has been interviewed and featured in Women and Hollywood, Tubefilter, Shadow and Act, Humor Mill Magazine, Women in Comedy Festival and Black Hollywood Live.

In 2018, Caesar was a Top 15 finalist for truTV’s Comedy Breakout Initiative that sought to find the next generation of show creators with distinct comedic voices. Jessica's always finding ways to make strides and break grounds in front and behind the camera.
